Ingredients
- 50 ml water
- 2 tsp rooibos vanilla tea
- 200 ml milk (almond or any unsweetened plant milk)
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
- Honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Remove from heat and steep rooibos tea for 5 minutes. Press the tea leaves gently to extract maximum flavor. Strain and set aside.
- Froth the milk using your preferred method (milk frother, French press, mini mixer, blender, or espresso machine steam wand).
- Pour the frothed milk into a cup or glass. Slowly pour the concentrated rooibos tea through the foam.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
- Optionally, sweeten with a little honey to taste. Serve immediately.
