Ingredients
- 1 rib-eye steak slice (approx. 3 cm thick)
- Red onion jam (pre-made or homemade)
- Blue cheese (Stilton recommended), thinly sliced or crumbled
- Baguette slices
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Drizzle baguette slices with olive oil and grill in a hot pan until grill marks appear. Remove and set aside.
- Season rib-eye generously with salt and rub with olive oil. Grill over very high heat for 2 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest, then slice into thin strips.
- Thinly slice or crumble blue cheese.
